#BulletJournaling

Just search for #BulletJournaling and you’ll see an overwhelming spread of colorful, hand-made planners. I am a HUGE fan of planners. I’ve made my own by hand before. I’ve tried creating digital versions. I’ve also tried to use pre-made planners. But nothing ever fit all of my needs. So here I go on the #BulletJournal train!

I’ve been looking at bullet journaling (on their website, on pinterest, instagram, buzzfeed, because this is where we do research now) for the past few months, and I became more and more convinced that this was the way to go for me. I wanted too much in my planner! I wanted it to be a daily/weekly/monthly/yearly planner, I wanted to track my habits, I wanted space to doodle, keep sermon notes, and whatever else I wanted it to be! But even my homemade templates were still too restricting.

So this past weekend, I finally gave in and bought a notebook. I already had a lot of the writing/decorating tools, but the notebook is the most important part! I’m not 100% done with it, but I love the pages I’ve done so far. And I can already see that I will be changing some things up next month!

Stay tuned for tips, more inspired layouts, and reflections!

Have you tried bullet journaling? What do you like/not like about it?
